1How do I contact you?

2What if I need to cancel or change my ticket?

You can cancel a flight by writing or by speaking to one of our Customer Relations agents on the telephone. All cancellation requests need to be received prior to departure. Email us at info@eagletravels.co.uk. Reservations will be cancelled automatically if any payment has not been received within 72 hours of the booking. All tickets are issued on a non-refundable / non-endorsable basis unless otherwise stated.

3I have a question regarding my booking, who do I contact?

Please contact the airline company or travel agency from which you booked your trip. The information is found in the confirmation email you received upon booking.

4I'm not sure if my booking went through. How do I find out?

Don't try to book again - you could end up with two bookings. Go ahead and contact the company you booked with directly to confirm if the transaction was successful.

5 What do I have to do when I arrive at the airport?

You must go to the check-in counter of the relevant airline and show your passport. You will also need to provide the airline with a print out of the confirmation email or the booking reference.
