Please contact the airline company or travel agency from which you booked your trip. The information is found in the confirmation email you received upon booking.
Don't try to book again - you could end up with two bookings. Go ahead and contact the company you booked with directly to confirm if the transaction was successful.
You must go to the check-in counter of the relevant airline and show your passport. You will also need to provide the airline with a print out of the confirmation email or the booking reference.
